Document Security

Attorneys are obsessed with security. Confidentiality and protected privilege are part of our DNA. The first priority in creating Document Elf was security.  Document Elf is designed to be a safe and secure place to store and work on confidential client information.

Document Elf uses end to end encryption to protect your information. Document Elf uses bank grade and medical grade internal security to safe guard your information within the application.

Document Elf requires two-factor identification to log-in and use Document Elf. Two factor identification is realtime protection that prevents unwanted third-parties from viewing your confidential client information while it is in Document Elf.

Document Elf also partners with reliable and competent providers to protect your information. Document Elf uses Amazon Web Services to provide functions such as optical character recognition and storage. Amazon is one of the most well-known names in cloud-based services. You can find more information about Amazon’s security at https://aws.amazon.com/security/?nc1=f_cc.

Your internal security, to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account, is protected using two-factor identification. Two factor identification requires an authorized user to enter a security code sent directly to the user’s personal cell phone or email to log-in to your account.

Document Elf uses Stripe, a well-known and respected payment processor. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can find more information about Stripe’s security at https://stripe.com/docs/security#:~:text=We’re%20a%20certified%20PCI,level%20of%20security%20at%20Stripe.

When it comes to the security of your information Document Elf did not try to reinvent the wheel. Document Elf leverages the sophisticated knowledge of experts to provide-best available industry level security.
